Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Items returned must be in their original condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead. If there is a difference in price between the two items, the difference will be collected or refunded during the exchange.

If your bracelet does not fit, or you feel that you are in between loop sizes, please contact us with a brief description of the issue to arrange for an exchange.
