Meet the Founder
Noel Fauntleroy
Hi! My name is Noel Fauntleroy, and in 2024, I founded Noel Parker Designs. The name honors my beloved grandmother and namesake, Noel Parker McKissick, who passed away when I was six years old. She holds a special place in my heart, and I often feel her companionship and guidance as I navigate life’s various adventures.
I’m a Richmond, VA native and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2017. After dedicating several years to a professional equestrian career, I made a pivotal decision to step away from the sport in 2020. Having spent much of my life in a saddle and riding boots, this transition challenged me to redefine my identity as I embarked on a meaningful journey of self-discovery.
Noel Parker Designs is my passion project, and a combination of various elements that truly inspire me — creativity, mindfulness, and personal growth. Being hands-on keeps me grounded, and I view beading as a form of mindfulness —it's a perfect way to meditate while I create. When I’m not beading, you’ll likely find me trying out new recipes, practicing yoga, exploring the outdoors with my two dogs, Vixie and Preston, or on a horse (yes, it's hard to stay away).
